What are the delivery times?
Your products are delivered within 3 to 7 working days. The maximum delivery time is 15 days following validation of your order.
We work with recognized carriers such as: Chronopost, Colissimo, La Poste, DHL, UPS, SEUR, GLS, DB Schenker, TNT, Dachser, Pallet Delivery, Correos, and Colis Privé.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free in France.
For other countries, shipping costs are calculated automatically at the payment stage, according to package weight and destination.
What should I do if my parcel is damaged on receipt?
We take particular care in packing your orders.
If your parcel shows visible signs of deterioration, it is imperative to indicate “PACKAGING DAMAGED” on the delivery note or to refuse the parcel.
This mention is essential for any claim with the carrier.

What happens if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?
